Employee Relations
- Manage all aspects of HR function for the assigned
- Resolve employee relation's issues and balance employee advocacy withthe well being of the company.
- Guidance and advice to managers on grievance, attendance, disciplinary and performance issues.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Plan and execute team sessions, gatherings, team building and activities
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures are adhered to with a firm and fair approach
Performance review process
- Champion and communicate the benefits of performance appraisal and manage the activity and outcomes according to the business cycle
- Coach managers on performance issues, and work with employees on career guidance and growth
Compensation, benefits management and administration.
- Work with the Head, COE on benefits management and administration
- Ensure that employees are properly enrolled
- Work with Head, COE and keep uptodate with regulatory requirementsand ensure that our Comp & Benefits remain compliant, competitive in the larger marketplace and costeffective for the company
Learning & Development
- Manage the Learning & Development programs and track completion for all training in the COE
- Ensure the online learning platform is fully utilized
- Conduct needs analysis and oversee development plans for all employees.
- Work with Head of COE for a coordinated, proactive and efficientapproach to training that tracks employee feedback and company ROI
Policies and Process Optimization
- Ensure that contracts are compliant to company and regulatory policies
- Produce letters of employment and sure its accuracy and timely return
- Ensure all Job Descriptions are current
- Build relationships at all levels be able to fully support colleagues. plan and execute team sessions, gatherings, team building and activities
- Maintain and revise the company's handbook, policies, and procedures to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
- Continuously optimize HR and administrative processes to improve efficiency
Recruitment, onboarding and termination processes
- Deliver documented recruitment, onboarding and off boarding (termination) processes for employees
- Manage employee onboarding from offer stage to end of probation period. This includes conducting orientation sessions, inductions
- Manage the recruitment process from review of vacancy to appointment of new team member. Serve as part of the interview process for all position finalists when required
- Comprehensive background and reference checks on all new employees and contractors and escalate concerns as needed.
- Comply with security requirement
HR administration and systems compliance
- Manage the HR system and data updates
- Review and revise HR policies in compliance with changing or newlegislation. Keep management updated of relevant changes toemployment law.
- Update company manuals and handbooks as needed and as required
- Keep electronic and physical employee files uptodate, accurate andcompliant.
- Check to maintain accurate timeoff and sickness absence records andmake adjustments as needed.
- Ensure Public Holiday calendars are accurate in the system
- Update Time In Lieu in the HRS accurately
- Lead and manage the company Health & Safety program
- Manage Compliance and Code of Conduct policy and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent english as this role work hand in hand with CHRO in UK
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and very handson
- Multitasking, resourceful, and proactive with a sense of urgency
