Customer Service Assistant Manager

- Providing assistance and advice to customers regarding Company's products or services.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Resolves products or services problems by clarifying the customers' complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer's information and analyzing customers' needs.
- Developing feedbacks or complaints procedures for customers to educate customers on how customers can feedback their problems and issues can be solved effectively.
- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for organization or department to ease the department in handling customers' complaints.
- Provide report of complain, analyze, and report to the management for service enhancement.
- Report to Department Head possible improvements in customer service.
- Any other tasks, projects or adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Good communication and written skills especially in English.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Banking / Finance Services or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and some other IT knowledge.

RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
