Administrative Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the company's business license and vehicle renewal processes, among other tasks.
- Ensure the organization of pantry supplies, procuring monthly stock within budget limits.
- Uphold office cleanliness and orderliness, promptly addressing any facility issues through coordination with contractors.
Human Resources Duties:
- Collaborate with the HR team in managing daily attendance records.
- Generate monthly attendance reports to support payroll activities effectively.
- Spearhead recruitment efforts, identifying and engaging potential talents for vacant positions.
- Coordinate interviews and fulfill HR responsibilities throughout the recruitment process.
- Organize company training initiatives and handle reimbursements for training programs.
- Assist the HR team in drafting company communications, memos, and letters.
- Contribute to the organization of employee personal files and documentation.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
RM2, RM4,572.98 per month
