JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, processing invoices and reimbursements.
- Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Prepare Invoice & Delivery Orders on daily basis and arrange for delivery
- Prepare and submit salary for staffs
- Ensure stock count done and keep track on the stock availability
Working Time
Days :
Monday to Friday
Time : 9am - 5pm
Job Types:

RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
