Responsibilities:

  • Perform the Contract for Service staff function at our AEON Co. (M) Bhd.
  • Responsible for providing excellent services, efficiently as well as accurately completing task given by the superior.
  • Ensure that all the files have been arrange follow by department name.
  • To help in keyin ordering in system.
  • Follow through on all instruction and guideline from the superior.
  • In charge in store housekeeping.
  • Help to reduce pending file to be filling.
  • Other related job as assign by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Diploma in any related field.
  • Computer literate (Familiar at least with basic Microsoft knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • No experience required.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Excellent selfdiscipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Able to travel to provide onsite operation support as and when required.

Job Types:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
