Assistant Company Secretary

To assist the Company Secretary in all aspect of corporate secretarial duties and functions to ensure statutory compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2016.
Job Descriptions:
- Preparation of board resolutions, minutes, annual returns and other company secretarial documents.
- Preparation of incorporation of new companies and strikeoff documents.
- Maintaining and updating secretarial records, company registers, resolutions, minutes and returns in compliance with the Companies Act, 201
- To ensure all statutory documents and any relevant documents are prepared and submitted to SSM within regulatory deadline.
- Any adhoc assignments and administrative matter.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Administration / Business administration or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience in a Company Secretarial Firm. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiar with the provisions of the Companies Act 1965 & 201
- Familiar with Superior ComSec, MYCOID and MBRS system will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Team player, willingness to learn and good working attitude.
Job Types:
