1. Efficiency on the HR Operation processes

  • To coordinate and assist Manager, Human Capital in the Group of SCSB, on the Club Golf payroll
  • Ensure all administration and Human Resources matters are in accordance to the standard Operating Procedures of SACC Convec Sdn Bhd (SCSB) and to secure SCSB Management's approval.
  • Assist HC / Admin department in updating staff leave record or work schedule, handling staff recruitment and all works related to it
  • Maintain staff notice board and ensure that staff are provided with the necessary information pertaining to convention centre policies and procedures, conditions of employment and other information regarding that activities and development
  • Yearly coordinate the TNA process for all SCSB staff
  • Coordinate a yearly assessment process
  • Maintain good communication skills within department or clients
  • Perform other duties as directed by superior from time to time

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
