HR Admin Operation Executive

We are currently looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Operations team with the focus of the role covering the following:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
  • To register/ renew/ terminate FWCMS.
  • Annual working permit renewal of foreign workers.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance and update worker's data.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Handling general admin duties and data entry.
  • Other adhoc tasks given by the superior and management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Fluent in English and Malay.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period will be an added advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
