Executive-admin/hr

- Prepare / anaysis DATA especially payroll
- Do analysis / monitoring of working hour
- Review from time to time of company terms and conditions vs government policies ,etc. (maintains knowledge of trend, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in HR)
- Update / study government policy (HR matters / Immigration) and recommended formpractices.
- Oversee employee deciplanary meeting, termination and investigation.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and "PBT" laws and regulations.
- To ensure department / company comply with SIDEC/SMETA - Ethical regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned - ad-hoc duty.
Requirements:
a) Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or Administration, or a related field.
b) Extensive experience in Manufacturing.
c) Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards. (Cosmetic guidelines, Cosmetic GMP, ISO and Halal)
d) Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience.
e) Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
f) Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
