As a Regional Programme Director / PMO Lead, you'll be the central point of contact overseeing a Program Management Office (PMO) for construction and corporate fit-out projects across APAC. Your role involves coordinating various work streams, collaborating with different teams, and ensuring the smooth delivery of the overall program of work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating all parties involved in project delivery
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and workstream leads
  • Ensuring transparent program governance
  • Implementing the client's standards consistently
  • Overseeing migration planning
  • Collecting and analyzing project data for decision-making
  • Advising on funding and budget matters
  • Participating in reviews and risk management
  • Managing performance frameworks with vendors
  • Conducting meetings and preparing necessary documentation
  • Facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience
  • Strong regional experience in APAC
  • Minimum 7 years of team leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Numerate with a good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of industry processes relevant to the role
