vivo Malaysia is hiring Customer Support (Live Chat)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through the official website's live chat channel.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues for followup and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge to offer the best support to customers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team for swift resolution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management.

Pay:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
