Job Descriptions

  • Provide all administrative support in day to day of Purchasing and Procurement operations activities to ensure smooth running in support team operations.
  • Create new stock code, suppliers' info, and keep data update in the system
  • Periodically check and clear outstanding PO and pre-payment PO
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and liaise with Accounts department
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • At least One years of office administrative work experience
  • Purchasing experience is a plus
  • Detailed oriented, meticulous in admin work to ensure accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in both English and Mandarin as this role required to access China accounting system.
  • Good organizational and time management skills while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
