We are currently seeking a skilled HR Administrator for our client in the luxury fashion industry.

  • Office admin support (e.g., office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment)
  • Liaison for office audits and office space related matters
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite office meetings and social events
  • Updating employee personnel file (online & offline)
  • People Operation for all SEA (Malaysia & Singapore) employee lifecycle (e.g., promotion letters, relocation contracts, addendums)
  • Contact point for all Malaysia government related reporting/audit
  • Ability to multitask effectively and comfortable to work in a fast pace environment
  • Outstanding communication skills to collaborate and influence with both internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Proactive problem solver and superior followthrough
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
