Actively seek out new sales opportunities and foster organic growth among existing customers.

Ensure continuous growth of Field Sales customers in terms of volumes, revenues, and gross profit.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure account growth and retain the existing customer base.


Meet with potential customers to assess their operational needs, properly scope job requirements, and collaborate with the Commercial & Solutions team for suitable solutions.

Explore and manage new business opportunities and encourage cross-selling activities within the country.


Formulate sales channel strategies based on customer size (Field Sales, Indoor Sales & Sales Support) in alignment with the Land Product Management and Country/Cluster CCO.

Ensure regular and accurate updates in the CRM tool (Sales Cloud).


Work with the Land Transport Commercial team on Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP).


Work closely with the Operations team on daily sales matters and develop strong business relationships at all organizational levels, including senior executives.

Keep up with current industry trends and competitors to identify improvements and recommend solutions.

Support the Credit Control Team in contacting customers for Account Receivable collections.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management related to Transport/Logistics with a minimum of 35 years of industry experience.

Strong hunter and entrepreneurial mindset with skills in strategic selling, account management, customer-centric approaches, presentation, and negotiation.

  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities, capable of diligent thinking and asking the right questions to obtain accurate information.
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and creative problemsolving.
  • Effective communication skills, proficient in English both written and spoken.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a strong desire to achieve results.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Software and capable of creating and delivering presentations.

Pay:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
