Responsibilities:

1.

Recruitment:

  • Manage recruitment processes, continually expand recruitment channels, and establish a talent pool.
  • Handle onboarding procedures, establish and maintain employee files, and ensure timely updates and improvements.
  • Monthly verification of labor contracts to ensure timely renewals and mitigate labor risks.

Employee Records and Attendance Management:


  • Maintain and update the employee roster and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and timely archiving.
  • Update and refine job descriptions.
  • Compile, verify, and summarize weekly and monthly attendance.
  • Update and publish departmental work guidelines and contact lists.
  • Organize and archive departmental documents.

3.

Position Allocation and Personnel Adjustment:


  • Assist the manager in developing staffing plans.
  • Support the manager in making personnel adjustments, including transfers, demotions, promotions, and dismissals.
  • Handle employee exit procedures and compile monthly termination details.

4.

Training Management:


  • Collect training needs, assist the manager in developing and implementing annual training plans, and organize training sessions.

5.

Daily Management and Support:


  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys as per cafeteria management regulations.
  • Manage dormitory arrangements according to dormitory management regulations.
  • Assist the department manager in mediating labor relations and resolving labor disputes.
  • Support factory inspection work.
  • Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and training.
  • Familiarity with HR operations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in office software and basic network knowledge.

Pay:
RM4, RM7,000.00 per month
