Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the President and designated individuals with a focus on maintaining confidentiality.

  • Involves organizing business meetings, handling seasonal gifts and greeting cards for business associates, and supporting company events.
  • Collaboration with management and staff at various levels, both locally and at Headquarters, is emphasized.
  • Requires overseeing flight, accommodation, and visa arrangements for employees and guests, acting as a gatekeeper for preferred hotels, and supporting the commercial team's Directors on administrative tasks.
  • Adhoc duties and projects assigned by the President and line managers are also part of the job.

Requirements:

  • Professional Secretarial Certificate or Diploma in a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and proven good track record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detailminded, proactive and independent
  • Good command of written and spoken English and good knowledge of Chinese language will be an added advantage
  • Assertive, selfinitiative and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
