To seek out and lease out all avaible lots for rent.

Ensure payment on rental by tenants are up to date.

To take prepare letter of late rental payments and fines for late payment.

Making sure all deposits are received and agreements are signed before the vacant lots are leased.

To ensure all water bills and electricity bills are fully paid by the tenants as per meter reading.

Provide support to complex executives at their respective branches (if any)

Salary:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
