**Administration**:

- Supporting the sales department with administrative tasks such as Customer Enquiry Form, Quotation Requisition Form, Quotation, Booking Confirmation, Lease/Rental Agreement, Vehicle Requisition Form, Request For Payment, General Letter and others documents.
- Monitoring and updating Master Monthly Sales report, Master Reference Number Report and other reports.
- Submitting reports in timely manner.
- Ensuring customer’s billing in order.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

**Sales**:

- Keeping track on Sales Target.
- Processing new sales leads.
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

**Collection**:

- Assisting Sales Department to control, monitor and follow up customer’s payment within targeted timeline.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
