Chef Line Cook

prep the ingredients according to recipes.
2) Provide food handling and preparation SOP to kitchen crew members.
3) Ensure and maintain food quality & ingredients freshness, arrange and garnish dishes, cleanliness of
the utensils and working area.
4) Ensuring kitchen cleanliness including inventory and utensils.
5) Ensuring correct ordering preparation.
6) You are expected to be able to work well under pressure and within the time limit.
7) Follow the Food Safety and Hygiene practices, must be willing to work extended hours and able to
work on rotating shifts and support retail operation peaks periods as required.
8) Follow the recipes and SOP provided by the company and must not leak the SOP to any party.
Salary:
RM1, RM2,600.00 per month
