  • Manage inventory and food costing, including ordering ingredients, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections of the kitchen and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance kitchen efficiency, productivity, and safety.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and professionalism among kitchen staff.

Salary:

RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
