Admin HR Executive

Administration_
- Prepare Sales Order / Tax Invoice / Delivery Order / Credit Note / Receipt / Payment as per required by Operation Department
- Liaise with clients regarding invoices, payment etc.
- Keyin relevant transaction into Tally ERP.
- Manage, maintain and updates database of Tally ERP for new and existing customers/transactions.
- Verify and acknowledge sales month end report and submit to Head of Operations.
- Correspondence on routine matters pertaining to business activities.
- Key in payment according to the relevant bank as directed by the director.
- Coordinating with service providers (TNB/TM/Syabas/Lawyers/Auditors/Banks/Vendors/Rental companies etc.)
- Key person handling all utilities account for all company (TNB, TM, Maxis, Air Selangor etc.)
- Ensure availability of appropriate records and maintaining confidentiality of date.
- Monitor, Organize and maintain proper filling system.
- Perform any other related duties / adhoc job when assigned by Head of Department.
Human Resource_
- Monitor, maintain and updates the Human Resource filling system.
- Process new hires, posting changes and staff movements such as salary increment, promotions, terminations, resignation and confirmation.
- Accountability of accurate data input for payroll.
- To prepare monthly payroll /pay slip.
- Key person handling Socso Assist portal and EPF portal for statutory contributions.
- Maintain high confidentiality of payroll information.
- Use all available direct sourcing methods to get the relevant data.
- Develops and maintains confidential departmental staff and associated files, documents, pay scale details and/or other important databases.
