Job Descriptions
- Once approved by SCJ, prepare the RAF for all bad stock collection from customer
- Ensure all return stock and collection stock return to DC
- Prepare monthly KPI/QBR report for management meeting
Administration task
- Request PO, follow up for invoice
- Prepare Accrual/Final report for Reverse Logistics
- Follow up on invoice Reverse Logistics
- Keyedin gatepass/order into Lindis system
- Prepare weekly accrual/Final report for SCJ Transport
- Followup on the invoice and checking the amount
- Prepare monthly accrual/Final SCJ Transport report
- Submission of weekly transport report to bill
- Compile all invoice for submission to Finance
- Fulfillment of customer's distribution requirements.
- Optimize and promote exceptional customer relationships for the company.
- Identify/understand customer needs, demands and market challenges.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate achievements of objectives and targets.
- Deal effectively with queries from both internal and external customers.
- Timely, accurate preparation of documents.
- Maintain a high level of customer services to both internal and external customers
- Accurate maintenance and timely processing of payroll and leave for personnel.
- Ensure understanding and compliance with Linfox policies.
- Maintain positive relationships with managers, colleagues and external contacts to work effectively and facilitate achievement business unit targets.
- Deal effectively with queries in a professional, efficient and helpful manner.
- Ensure compliance with Linfox Fatigue Management Policies and Practices.
Job Requirement
- A sound knowledge and experience of the Transport Industry.
- Analytical, organizing & control skills
- Experience with software packages Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to organize workflow and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Sound working knowledge of specialized fleet equipment requirements.
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
- Eye for detail and accuracy
Salary:
RM1, RM1,700.00 per month
