Your 'day to day'As a Key Accounts Executive, you will be the key person to manage and streamline processes and infrastructures within Key Accounts, drive continuous improvements which contributing to efficient business operations.
You will be accountable to:
- Design and develop Key Accounts reporting based on business requirements with workable recommendation and red flag areas. This including automates actionable reports for Key Account Manager to action on prompt basis to maximize business opportunity and increase overall business productivity.
- Lead in measuring and monitoring Key Accounts initiatives performance against metrics. Streamlining Key Accounts program tracking process and automate dashboard/ reports based on stakeholders' requirements for all existing and new initiatives.
- Perform data compilation and root cause analysis to develop proper process changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop gap analysis with supervisor & respective Key Accounts Manager to identify potential improvement opportunities and initiatives.
- Review current working process and design solutions with respective team to ensure requirements are met and scalable to achieve operational efficiency. This including design a new process flow for current and future initiatives.
- Adhere to practices that improve operational efficiency via expanded communications with key process constituencies including Commercial Planning, Field Sales Force, IT & etc.
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 year of professional experience in the FMCG industry
- Demonstrate excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical skill with strong planning skill with an ability to automate and streamline processes.
- Experienced in engaging with different business stakeholders and strong in solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong in apply logic and challenge assumptions, with an ability in report design and maintenance.
