- Maintain and develop relationships across customer functions and levels.
- Professional certificates in Sales/Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of related working experience.
- Self-learning and improvement in Customer Account Management.
- Advanced knowledge of industry, market, competitors, and customers.
- Strong negotiation and communications skills.
- Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in local language and ideally in English.
