About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate payroll data migration and parallel testing

  • Administer and monitor payroll processing schedules for associates
  • Verify reconciliation and payroll reports prior to transmission to clients
  • Ensure compliance with ISAE3402 requirements and statutory regulations
  • Coordinate accurate and timely year-end reporting

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong command of English language, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Familiarity with filing of statutory forms and Companies Acts
  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, or equivalent
