Job Description

The Network Analyst is responsible for providing first level support for SLB's global network infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Remotely monitoring and reacting to infrastructure monitoring alarm incidents utilizing the incident management tools.
  • Working with 4 Shift Leaders of the Enterprise Management Center (EMC).
  • Working with IT personnel of all levels.
  • Adhering to all standards of confidentiality and security.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents per documented procedures.
  • Updating Incident log for troubleshooting.
  • Prioritization of customer requests.
  • Identifying incorrect information on documents within the Network Operations Center and assist on maintaining information integrity.
  • Follow business support strategy and direction.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Engineering or Science bachelor's degree required. Electronic Engineering/Computer Science/IT degree beneficial and preferred.
    • Candidates must have strong communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to work closely with a team of dedicated individuals.
    • Analytically minded with excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Computer and networking hardware knowledge required.
    • Basic IP network protocols knowledge required.
    • Certification on Cisco CCNA or Cloud a plus.
