Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate sales and marketing schedules and activities.
  • Compile budgetary costs for sales and marketing activities and products.
  • Execute sales and marketing activities as planned, within specified timeframes.
  • Participate in sales and marketing events, including presentations, networking sessions, and trade missions.
  • Liaise with vendors and external parties to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Monitor and update stock records, and place orders as needed.
  • Track and follow up on customer inquiries, and update the enquiries report.
  • Update company website information and monitor the enquiry mail inbox daily.
  • Prepare sales brochures and goodie bags for visitors, and provide sales and marketing services as needed.
  • Assist with marketing activities and sales enquiries to ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries.
  • Compile sales and marketing documentation for internal and external use.
  • Monitor project progress, billing, and payment collection, and inform the head of department of any issues.
  • Attend to customer requests, compile and report feedback during project implementation, handover, and completion.
  • Inspect and hand over completed units with the project and contract department, and customers.
  • Monitor defect works done status and record for internal and customer reference.
  • Compile summaries of market surveys, sales reports, marketing reports, and enquiries reports for the head of department.
  • Monitor sales and marketing activities, KPIs, and compliance with ISO standards.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the head of department or management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a related industry, sales and marketing planning, and customer relations.
  • Minimum degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic communication and writing skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email correspondences, and internet browsers.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, independent, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing, and responsive, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
