- Bachelor's degree & above with at least 5 years of B2B business development and commercial sales experience at a mid to high level.
- Experienced in HR/Finance/Admin/Governance-related professional services are highly advantageous.
- Driven to explore new opportunities, demonstrating strong skills in prospecting and lead validation.
- Capable of successfully steering and overseeing complex enterprise deals throughout the entire sales cycle, including product demonstrations.
- Resourceful and persistent, skilled in navigating customer structures, identifying key decision-makers, and mapping potential opportunities.
- Credible and commercially savvy, adept at blending technical knowledge with consultative selling expertise.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills for collaborating with diverse colleagues and customers, building strong relationships.
