Assistant Company Secretary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Company Secretary to join our team. As a key member of our secretarial department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate secretarial functions. Key Responsibilities: • Hold a CGI (ICSA) qualification and have a strong understanding of the Companies Act 2016 and SSM MYCOID regulations. • Assist the Company Secretary in all aspects of secretarial duties, including preparation of resolutions, minutes, and other corporate secretarial documents. • Ensure timely and proper filing of statutory returns or forms with SSM. • Possess experience with public listed companies, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in company secretarial work or be a fresh graduate. • Familiarity with corporate secretarial software and systems is an advantage.
