Our client is within an ecosystem of financial services with a longstanding history of achievement and a strong presence in the local region. After consistent success of its consumer product portfolio, they are looking for a BU Lead to continue to drive its P&L aggressively in the height of transformational growth within the larger group.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, lead the way in setting the direction and driving the departmental vision and values for the company's D2C unit. Key focuses include innovation, digital funnel conversion and business strategy development.

Lead the team's overall strategy. Define the business value proposition, align internal stakeholders, and create a successful go-to-market strategy for revenue and segment leadership.Develop sales and marketing strategies to continually innovate within the segment.Ensure synergy and foster collaboration between the senior leadership team and various departments to establish and accomplish the business unit's goals.Oversee maintenance, optimisation, and innovation of key products and services to ensure aggressive profitable growthEnhance customer satisfaction across all channels which includes improving the customer journey, providing best-in-class advisory and support.Utilise data-driven approaches for key business decisions by analysing market trends and behaviour for strategy refinement.Manage your team and create an environment of continuous learning to keep abreast with market developments. Encourage team contributions that add to the overall value proposition of the product. The Successful Applicant Extensive experience in consumer financial products and services space or related field is ideal. Otherwise, experience in a digital consumer service would be sufficient.Robust track record in owning P&L responsibilities in this area, achieving consistent revenue growth and profitability.Proven expertise in significantly increasing customer acquisition through digital channels, with consistent new user registrations, conversions and retention.Strong background in launching new digital products and services.Strong leadership and team motivation skills, capable of inspiring teams effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
