Summary of Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist (On Contract) to join the Talent Acquisition team This role will see you managing the pipelining activity of senior-level candidates for business-critical roles building a strong talent pool for the organization across South East Asia for our Nutrition business. This role will report into the Talent Acquisition Director SEA & ANZ.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and pipelining activity across senior level commercial roles for Abbott Nutrition International (ANI) across SEA & ANZ
  • Liaise with Business HR and General Managers to understand the brief of each role
  • Build and manage talent pipelines through various channels
  • Present updates of pipelining activity to business on a regular basis
  • Actively source and approach passive individuals from segment related companies
  • Organize and conduct interviews across various platforms - in person, over the phone, video conference
  • Maintain internal HR system database and records
  • Ability to educate, influence candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop strong Market Insights, maintain knowledge and keep up to date on industry trends
  • Partner with leaders to build diversity and inclusion into all their respective businesses and department functions

Required Skills/Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in either internal or agency recruitment position
  • Sourcing expertise, including direct sourcing of candidates for hard to fill jobs
  • A passion for what you do and desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Familiarity with pipeline and mapping related activities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships with various stakeholders at senior levels across the organization
  • Can-do attitude
