Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

  • Developing job description, preparing job advertising, perform full lifecycle of recruiting activities including, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, e.g., candidate evaluation.
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure job positions are filled within budget.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree, any field.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment executive or in a similar role, preferably from agency background.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for candidates as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking counterpart.
  • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented person.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment.
  • Able to start immediately / in short notice period is an added advantage.
