  • Payroll Management:
  • Assist the HR manager in overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely calculation, processing, and disbursement of salaries.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, and income tax deductions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of payroll transactions and employee payroll data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Handle queries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions from employees.
  • Performance Management: Administer probationary reviews and conduct annual job appraisals.
  • Statutory Compliance: Liaise with relevant government agencies to ensure full compliance with HR statutory requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee disciplinary matters, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with team lead/supervisor experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • High sense of urgency, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, work under minimum supervision, multitask, and be a team player.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Take initiative, flexible, and adaptable in a changing environment.
