The Job Key Responsibilities:
Incorporation or registration of new Sdn. Bhd.
Companies and other entities Drafting of Director / Members' resolution Drafting of Annual General Meeting (AGM) / Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents Maintenance of registers and corporate secretarial documents To lodge annual returns and other matters with SSM and any other government agencies, as and when required Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and documentation Advising clients on various corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters Other ad-hoc duties as and when required The Profile Qualification Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in corporate secretary is preferred Experience within would be a strong advantage.
