  • To oversee/ coordinate/ prepare whole set of annual tax information for tax agent's tax computation preparation

  • To manage human resource and administration functions of the Companies.
  • To manage taxation matters of the Companies.
  • To prepare and submit timely budgets of the Companies for consolidation.
  • To ensure proper functioning of system of internal control and to oversee the accounting, reporting, finance, budgeting, audit and tax functions of the Companies.

requirements
  • Bachelor degree qualification in Accounting / Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge in Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards, Group Consolidation, Taxation and Budgeting.
  • External Audit experience is an added advantage.
