  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Reply email to government / permanent customer / contract base
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Daily attendance tracking sheet update
  • Weekly submit Cleaning service report
  • Daily share feedback sheet to all team leader
  • Quarterly deep cleaning report
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Monthly update employee profile
  • Monthly update hostel list
  • Prepare checklist for operation Team
  • Monthly verified checklist submit to client
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Manage staff appointments
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems (Hard copy and soft Copy)
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Handle or record on daily basis multiple projects staff attendance
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level anticipating needed supplies placing and expediting orders for supplies verifying receipt of supplies
  • Book rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
  • Coordinate office procedures
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
