  • Ensure 3PL's execute regular reconciliation between physical stock and system stock through cycle counting and rigorous investigation of discrepancies.
  • Standardize the Procedures for the reserve logistics (returned goods) and the mechanism for regular clearance of the B/C grade products.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in Logistics, managing 3PL contracts and performance.
  • Experience managing a warehouse is strongly preferred
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Supply Chain related field
  • Strong analytics & negotiation skills
  • Exhibit entrepreneurship and motivation to deliver results
