Export Team Manager

Join our team as an Export Team Manager and play a key role in shaping the organisation's business strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute significantly to the development of business strategy and determine budgets and sales targets.
  • Manage the Export team, including monitoring performance, planning training, and controlling sales and service programmes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that staff manage complaints effectively.
  • Monitor customer feedback to maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Coordinate and review activities, service accounting, and record keeping, ensuring the business runs efficiently.
  • Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures.
  • Assess marketing potential of new and existing sales opportunities and present findings to senior managers.
  • Expedite export arrangements and maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in business management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to engage critical thinking and problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience in managing people, including monitoring performance and setting targets.
  • Ability to manage budgets, set targets, and evaluate export data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and develop new client relationships.
