Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in business development within a similar industry, with a strong background in sales and project management. Basic IT or tech knowledge is required to effectively manage and understand our diverse project offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across our service offerings. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and met.
  3. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including events and marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities. Leverage this information to drive business growth.
  5. Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop strategic plans that align with their goals. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor project performance and generate detailed reports. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, and project management within the creative or digital industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully managing client relationships.
  • Experience in managing projects such as events and marketing campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of IT or technology-related concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
