This role will be responsible to handle all job functions of Business Development effectively and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will be:
- To assist in sourcing and identifying suitable development lands for joint venture or acquisition.
- To conduct site analysis on new development land proposals recommended by real estate agents/introducers for Management’s further consideration.
- To compile information of the proposed development lands i.e. land matters, development guidelines, surrounding market studies and etc.
- To prepare project financial feasibility study on the proposed development lands.
- To assist in preparing presentation slides and recommendation reports to the management for final approval.
- To keep abreast with the property market trend, performance and authority planning guidelines.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
- A degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably with experience in Business Development / Land Acquisition in Property Development.
