About the Role
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer drivers to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts to close new business deals.
  • Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and positions to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Assimilate business deals across all pillars of the company to ensure end-to-end buy-in and operational readiness.
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Daily/Monthly Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
  • Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers to pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop, enhance, and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy.
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis.
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
  • Excellent communication and IT fluency.
  • Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
