1) Strategic Intelligence and Insights
Assess and provide insights on the division's current strategic position and develop the perspectives, intelligence and insights internally and externally by consolidating and translating internal and external insights into analysis relevant to PD&T for the consumption of PD&T sectors and departments in order to guide strategic decision making for PD&T Management with robust strategies that are able to adopt and adapt to internal and external forces in evaluating and establishing new business opportunity.

2) Strategy Development and Selection
Assist in the development of division's medium and long-term strategic options for selection by providing insights on business needs and opportunities, weaknesses, and threats, as well as co-develop and recommend robust sectorial strategies in order to establish a comprehensive formulation of business strategies and to ensure strategic intent and targets are met within the intended time and values.

3) Strategy Implementation
Translate and develop strategic direction into specific objectives and strategy documents, followed by communication to key stakeholders for implementation by refining implementation plans for the selected strategies, initiatives, programs and roadmaps to PD&T sectors and departments through liaison with program leaders (strategic working level). To also contribute in special projects taskforce to expedite delivery of divisional strategies in order to establish a comprehensive formulation of PD&T strategies and rally participation, to ensure horizontal integration and synergy whereby strategic intent and targets are met within the intended time and values.

4) Revalidation and improvement of strategy and implementation plans
Provide analysis for the periodic review and revalidation of strategic direction and implementation plans by coming out with options on improvement or course-correction based on performance of existing initiatives, new corporate strategic direction and business environment, followed by incorporating any changes in strategy documents to ensure relevancy based on Company's latest direction, future positioning and other factors where required.

5) Supporting Corporate, Business and Sectorial special initiatives
Contribute to the formulation and development of corporate strategy by participating and providing analytical insights in corporate strategic planning activities (C-Suite, Strategic Exchange (STREX), Strategy Translation & Allocation of Resources (STAR), Pledge for Result (P4R), Board Strategy Away Day) and inter-division annual collaborative dialogue to promote horizontal integration and synergy between businesses and divisions.

Qualifications :

⦁ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant Engineering disciplines, accredited by Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA)

Requirements :

⦁ Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
⦁ Business acumen skills and knowledge
