- Carry out the business processing of incoming call answering, online reply, and email reply
- Responsible for customer platform and brokerage consultation, information enquiry and problem-solving
- Responsible for recording, classifying and sorting out customer feedback
What you'll need to succeed
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (weekend/night shift - allowances provided)
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaker is preferred for external liaising
- Open to fresh graduates
