Your new role

  • Carry out the business processing of incoming call answering, online reply, and email reply
  • Responsible for customer platform and brokerage consultation, information enquiry and problem-solving
  • Responsible for recording, classifying and sorting out customer feedback

What you'll need to succeed

  • Willing to work in rotational shifts (weekend/night shift - allowances provided)
  • Mandarin or Cantonese speaker is preferred for external liaising
  • Open to fresh graduates
