**Key responsibilities of the position;**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Freight Sales Specialist located in Petaling Jaya.

The Freight Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, delivering training, and managing sales.

Being a Freight Sales Specialist requires strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated sales skills and the ability to meet sales targets
- Experience in providing training or conducting presentations
- Strong sales management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of logistics or related industry is a plus
- Diploma, Degree, Bachelor's in business, marketing with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
