Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)


Full timeRM 2,400 – RM 2,900 per month· At least 1 year of working experience.· Assist in providing administrative support to HR Executive andmanager.· Maintain filing system and records for the HR Department.· Organize and manage employee records.· Addressing employee questions/concerns related to HR policies.· Maintain accurate up-to-date employee records.· Manage payroll preparation, payment, compensation, and benefitsdocumentation.· Assist in performing benefits-related reconciliations and audits andapproving invoices for payment.

· Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities· Respond to emails/answer telephone calls and provide neededinformation· Prepare reports for senior managementRequirements:

  • Self-driven, Ability to interact with employees across differentdepartments on a daily basis, having good communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team & work independently.
  • Commercial Awareness & Computer Literate
  • Ability of work on prioritization and effective communication.
  • Able to speak/communicate in Chinese due to liase with customers.
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
