Coordinate the recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and orientation to new employee on board procedures.

To prepare, administer and updating records of administration work such as preparation of letter, employment contract, resigned administration, employees' job confirmation, transfer, promotion & contract renewal.

Update and maintain employees' profile, attendance, leave, medical and training records and staff insurance.
Maintain and support Admin & HR policies, processes & strategy to support efficiency and sustainability of company.
Maintain and evaluate office assets, equipment, supplies i.e. uniforms/pantry/company gifts, furniture and fixtures, insurance renewable.
Handling clerical and administrative duties such as monitoring cleaner, office stationary and supplies, office equipment maintenance etc.

To work closely with management and colleagues to improve work relationships, build morale, and productivity including training coordination and company events.

Provide HR relevant reports as when required.
Maintain admin records and filling system.

Communicate and deal with the relevant internal department and Insurance Company etc on matters pertaining to the claims related queries.

Conduct Orientations / Exit Interviews & coordinate for new hires / leavers.
Coordinate training for staff according to ISO standards.
Ad-hoc task assigned by the Management from time to time.

Preferably Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 years work experience as an Admin & HR or HR administrator or similar role.
Well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure.
Knowledge of the Employment Act and related statutory bodies' requirements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, HR software etc.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.

Required language(s):
Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

First month is probation period, 2.5k, no commission, one month to become a full-time employeeBecame a full-time employee, 4k-6k, 13 salary, 9 a.m.

to 6 a.m., weekends off, nice leadership, great working atmosphere.
