This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, strong organizational skills, and a desire to learn and grow within the field.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Help organize and participate in employee onboarding and training programs.
Assist in planning and executing company events and employee engagement activities.
Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence, managing schedules, and organizing files.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management. Competencies & SkillsCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, Office Systems or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and administrative functions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Internship placement for minimum 12 weeks and preferably commence on August 2024.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and Internship placement letter from the University explaining their interest in the HR & Admin Intern position to Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
