The Role:
  • Participate in the Financial Sector Talent Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) and undergo on-the-job training based on the respective Management Associate Track.

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technologies to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

The Person:
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting & Finance, BioHealth/Biotechnoloy/Biomedical Science, Economics, Business, Information Technology, Law, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.50/4.00.
  • Fresh graduate or with 1 year working experience.
  • Driven, adaptable, and highly passionate for excellence.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work, and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
