The Role

As a Partner Executive, your primary goal is to expand and enhance Agoda's supply network's coverage and quality. Working collaboratively with your team, you manage a portfolio of high-growth supply partners, focusing on partnership-related tasks at scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact high-growth supply partners to identify revenue growth opportunities
  • Drive program participation through targeted project sprints
  • Engage partners through various communication channels
  • Utilize data and dashboards to prioritize tasks
  • Train partners on our technologies and tools
Requirements for Success:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role
  • Basic computer skills and analytical capabilities
  • Proven track record of using data to drive decisions
  • Curiosity and autonomous, results-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments and changing responsibilities
  • Able to support the Malaysia market and adhere to local business hours
