Accounting & Admin Executive

Job Summary:

This role is pivotal in supporting the financial and administrative functions of the company, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting:
    • Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
    • Monitor and report on budget performance, highlighting variances and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
    • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to audit queries.
  • Admin:
    • Oversee daily office operations, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, and coordination of facility services.
    • Maintain accurate and organized records, including contracts, agreements, and other important documents.
    • Assist with HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and payroll processing.
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
